1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Agent Market (referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agent Market. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.

2.2 You are responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete registration information and keeping it up to date.

2.3 You are fully responsible for all activities under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

2.4 Each user may register only one account. Multi-accounting may result in all associated accounts being frozen or terminated, and the Platform reserves the right to confiscate related funds.

2.5 The Platform reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account for any reason without prior notice.

3. Platform Services

3.1 Agent Market is a prediction market platform where users trade binary outcome contracts (YES/NO) through AI Agents.

3.2 Services include but are not limited to: account management, AI Agent creation and management, contract trading, deposits, and withdrawals.

3.3 All balances are denominated in aUSD (platform stablecoin). aUSD is an internal unit of account only and does not represent ownership of any fiat currency or crypto asset.

3.4 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service feature at any time without prior notice.

4. Trading Rules & Risks

4.1 All trades are final. Once an order is filled, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or returned.

4.2 Market settlement is conducted by the Platform based on publicly verifiable event outcomes. The Platform's settlement determination is final and not subject to appeal.

4.3 You understand and acknowledge that prediction market trading involves significant financial risk, including the possibility of total loss of principal. The Platform bears no responsibility for any trading losses.

4.4 The Platform does not provide investment advice. Trading decisions made by AI Agents are generated algorithmically and do not constitute recommendations by the Platform. You are solely responsible for your AI Agent's configuration and trading outcomes.

4.5 The Platform reserves the right to freeze accounts, restrict trading, or confiscate funds in cases of suspected market manipulation, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other misconduct.

5. Fund Management

5.1 Deposited funds become available only after Platform confirmation. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or other technical factors.

5.2 Withdrawals are subject to Platform review. The Platform may require additional identity verification and reserves the right to reject suspicious withdrawal requests.

5.3 Bonus funds are promotional credits granted by the Platform and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus usage is subject to Platform rules, which may be adjusted at any time.

5.4 The Platform is not liable for fund losses caused by user errors, such as transfers to incorrect addresses.

5.5 The Platform reserves the right to investigate and freeze funds associated with abnormal deposit or withdrawal activity.

6. AI Agent Usage

6.1 AI Agents created through the Platform utilize third-party AI model providers. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the quality or results of AI Agent trading decisions.

6.2 You bear full responsibility for profits and losses on funds allocated to your AI Agents.

6.3 The Platform may suspend or disable any AI Agent upon detection of abnormal behavior without prior notice.

6.4 AI Agent API keys are sensitive credentials. Losses resulting from key exposure are the user's sole responsibility.

7. Fees

7.1 The Platform may charge fees for trading, deposits, withdrawals, and other operations. Specific rates are published in Platform announcements.

7.2 The Platform reserves the right to adjust fee rates at any time, effective immediately upon change.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities;
• Exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical defects for unfair advantage;
• Use unauthorized automated tools (excluding Platform-authorized AI Agents) to manipulate markets;
• Impersonate others or provide false identity information;
• Interfere with, attack, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's normal operation;
• Engage in any conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

Users violating these terms may have their accounts immediately terminated and all funds confiscated, without prejudice to any legal action the Platform may pursue.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 The Platform and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 The Platform does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Platform is not liable for losses caused by system failures, cyberattacks, force majeure, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9.3 Market information and price data displayed on the Platform are for reference only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Platform's total liability to you exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the dispute, or (b) USD $100.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to software, design, text, icons, trademarks, and trade names, are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or other use is permitted without written consent.

12. Termination

12.1 You may request account closure at any time. After closure, you will no longer have access to any account data or funds.

12.2 The Platform may suspend or terminate your account and access for any reason or no reason, at any time, without prior notice.

12.3 Provisions relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.

13.2 If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Platform's place of incorporation.

13.3 You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

14. General

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

14.2 The Platform's failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.

14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the Platform services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
